This magnificent house welcomes you in the heart of the Alsatian Vineyard, on the wine route (between Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr), in the wine village of Hunawihr. Built in 2019, this 72m² accommodation has a large living room (living room, dining room, kitchen equipped with Nespresso coffee machine) opening onto a terrace (with a Weber electric barbecue), a private jacuzzi with a view of the vineyards . Upstairs, two bedrooms (one double bed each), very comfortable bedding and a WC. A bathroom with WC on the ground floor. Bathrobe, towels and hairdryer are provided.

Very nice quiet location in Hunawihr with departure on foot through the vineyards to visit Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr and Zellenberg.

A shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available.

 

Free parking spaces are available as well as two electric car charging stations.

 

A baby cot and a high chair are available.

 

Accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs or any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250.

 

Animals (dogs-cats) are accepted (except category 1 and 2 dogs) – a supplement of €30 per stay and per animal must be paid on arrival.

 

Bed and bathroom linen, standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price.

 

However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, put the trash in the trash room, place your bio-waste in the appropriate bin, empty the refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The oven and microwave must be clean.

If you do not want to take care of this, you can request the “full cleaning” option before your arrival for an additional €130. In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, a deposit of €180 will be withheld.
